I’ve spent over 15 years in brewing and beverage production, from neighborhood brewpubs to international projects. For three years, I lived and brewed in Ukraine — a time that shaped both my craft and my perspective. When the war began, I helped organize fundraising and aid efforts for the local community and brewery team.
Today, I bring that same mix of creativity, precision, and purpose to beverage formulation and operations consulting — helping founders and brands turn good ideas into great, shelf-ready products. Based in Portland, working nationwide.
